SHIPPING POLICY
All Official Fly Trap orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email (and/or SMS if selected) once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Final shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and delivery location.
Approximate delivery times (after 1–2 day processing):

Standard Shipping (US): 4–10 business days

Express Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
Deliveries are made Monday–Friday during standard courier business hours.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Approximate delivery times (after 1–2 day processing):

Note: Customs clearance may add additional time depending on the destination country.
How to Track Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@officialflytrap.com with your name and order number, and our support team will assist you.
