Question 1: How long does it take to process my order?
Answer: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order has shipped, you will receive a notification by email (and SMS if selected at checkout).
Question 2: How long will delivery take?
Answer: Delivery times vary depending on your shipping option and location.
Within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Question 3: How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@officialflytrap.com with your order number.
Question 4: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely in your local currency as displayed at checkout.
Question 5: Do you accept returns?
Answer: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Question 6: Do you accept exchanges?
Answer: We do not currently process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Question 7: Are there any fees for returns?
Answer: There are no restocking fees. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Question 8: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Answer: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
