How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order has shipped, you will receive a notification by email (and SMS if selected at checkout).
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping option and location.
Within the United States:

International Orders:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@officialflytrap.com with your order number.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
