A: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

A: Once processed, orders typically take 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Q3: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 USD for all orders within the United States.

Q4: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real time.

Q5: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Yes, but you must contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order at info@officialflytrap.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.

Q6: What items can I return?
A: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Q7: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes! We accept exchanges for products in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Q8: How do I return an item?
A: Returns must be sent by mail. Customers can download and print the return shipping label for free. No restocking fees apply.

Q9: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
